Hello World part 2 or a mini website relaunch
Actually, there aren't any major modifications, but enough to give this site a more modern feel. After all my page turns 2 years old in the next couple of months, so a minor redesign is more than legit.
Well, what did actually change... I decided to replace the main headline font with Ubuntu light, no background image anymore (replaced with css code, simplicity ftw!), color adjustments, dropped some links and added some new ones (no download section anymore, but added a “store”), renewed my about page and tweaked my portfolio design.

New Portfolio Design
I thought it was time to rewrite my gallery/portfolio and decided to go for an expanding menu with javascript..:) and some fancy hover-effects, of course! I think, I'm slowly falling in love with webkit/transition.;) In addition, I implemented fancybox for a better browsing experience.
Tested in: Firefox 6/8, Safari, Chrome, Chromium
On: Ubuntu 11.04/11.10, Mac OS X, Windows 7 (10.1", 15.4", 19")

@font-face and Webkit-Effects

Happy New Year and a small Update
I wish you all a happy new year!:) Maybe someone notices the little changes... I updated the links above and added icons/links (art communities where I display my stuff) to my about-page. The icons are all selfmade (inkscape/photoshop) to fit in my website. At last, I decided to keep my old blog at myblog.de. It would be a pity to close it, because I really spent a lot of my freetime in the layout/code... and I still like it, of course. Well, from now on this section will be for news only. Such as announcements of conventions I'll visit (unfortunately in Germany only), presentations of finished projects (personal/commercial) and to point out some changes/updates on this site. So, no one will miss out on updates in my portfolio section.;)
